CREATING FOLDER IN SQUIRRELMAIL

Step 1: After logging into ‘squirrelmail’ on the home screen, click on ‘Folders’ option.

 

Step 2: This is the folders page where we can manage all the folders within the web mail.

 

 

 

Step 3: Create a new folder, enter a folder name.

 

 

 

After creating a new folder, enter the folder name and click on the ‘create’ button

to create a folder.

 

Step 4: After creating the folder, click on the ‘refresh folder list’ to see the new folder.

 

 

 

Step 5: Click on the INBOX.

 

 

 

Step 6: Click here to move the message to the new folder.

 

 

 

      Select the message you want to move to the new folder.

Step 7: Select the folder in which you want to move the message.

 

 

 

Step 8: Click on the “Move”.

 

 

 

Message will be moved to the new folder, and will no longer seen in the INBOX.

 

Step 9: Click on the “newfolder”.

 

 

 

Step 10: After clicking on the ‘newfolder’, we can see the message which we moved to the ‘newfolder’.
